Hello, I'm the pharmacist here at Chemist Warehouse today. What symptoms have you been experiencing lately, and how long have they lasted?

I'd suggest a corticosteroid nasal spray combined with non-drowsy antihistamine tablets. Use the spray once daily in each nostril, and take one tablet every morning.

You should use both for about fourteen days, then return for a review. The nasal spray costs eighteen dollars, and the tablets are twelve dollars for thirty tablets.
