Thanks for coming in today, Mr. Sok. Your recent ultrasound showed a mass in your liver, so we need to investigate this further with more tests.

We can't be certain from the scan alone. We recommend a liver biopsy at Flinders Medical Centre next Thursday afternoon to confirm the diagnosis.
