Post-Rhinoplasty Check-Up with a Cosmetic Nurse
Cosmetic Nurse (speaking English) and Patient (speaking Macedonian) talk through “Post-Rhinoplasty Check-Up with a Cosmetic Nurse”. You interpret both ways — English into Macedonian, and Macedonian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Full transcript
How are you feeling today, three days after your rhinoplasty surgery? Let's check the swelling and make sure everything is healing properly before we continue.
That is completely normal at this stage of healing. I don't see any signs of infection or unusual swelling. We'll remove the stitches in seven days, at your next visit.
You can shower normally, but please don't let water soak the incision directly. Gently pat it dry afterwards, and avoid submerging your face in water for now.
Please avoid makeup near the incision until the stitches are removed, and always wear sunscreen outdoors. Direct sunlight can worsen scarring and slow healing.
Mild redness is expected during recovery, but if you notice fever, increasing pain or unusual discharge, please call the clinic immediately, day or night.
I'll book your follow-up for seven days from now, on Thursday, at Prince of Wales Private Hospital in Randwick, at ten o'clock in the morning.
