Thank you for coming in today, Mrs Petrovska. I'm handling your personal injury claim with NRMA Insurance following the collision on Parramatta Road last month.

We cannot finalise your claim until the official police report is lodged, which usually takes about two weeks after an accident occurs.

How many days of work have you missed so far because of your injuries, and has your employer confirmed this absence in writing?

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
