Thanks for calling Bupa, Mr. Petrovski. I understand you're calling about a recent hospital claim. Can you tell me what happened?

Unfortunately, since the knee condition existed before you joined, a twelve-month waiting period applies, and we cannot cover the surgery unless that period has passed.

I'm afraid we can't offer partial cover during the waiting period. Once you reach the twelve-month mark, any future treatment will be fully covered.
