Hay Fever Consultation at a GP Clinic
Practice Nurse (speaking English) and Patient (speaking Macedonian) talk through “Hay Fever Consultation at a GP Clinic”. You interpret both ways — English into Macedonian, and Macedonian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Since when have your eyes been so itchy and your nose so blocked, Mr. Ilievski? Tell me exactly what you've noticed this past week or two.
Have you tried any allergy tablets already, and do you have asthma, eczema or other conditions I should know about before prescribing?
I'll suggest a nasal spray you can buy at Chemist Warehouse, used once daily for two weeks, alongside your current tablets if needed.
The spray shouldn't cause drowsiness, but avoid touching your eyes straight after use, and try to use it consistently every single morning.
Yes, you can combine them, but don't exceed the recommended dose, and never double up on antihistamines within the same day.
If your symptoms haven't improved within two weeks, I'll refer you to an allergist for proper skin prick testing nearby.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Macedonian dialogues · All languages
