Mr Petrovski, thank you for coming in today. I need to explain the details of your termination from Bunnings Warehouse, effective this Friday.

This is a genuine redundancy, not a performance issue. Your position is being restructured because the warehouse is reducing night-shift staff by four roles.

Your final pay includes four weeks' notice, unused annual leave, and any accrued long service leave. You can also contact the Fair Work Ombudsman if you have questions.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
