Mr. Petrovski, thanks for coming in today. Rather than starting with forms, can you tell me how you've been feeling over the past six weeks?
Have you had any thoughts of harming yourself, or noticed changes to your appetite, energy levels, or sleep pattern over this time?
Based on what you've described, this sounds like clinical depression, not just stress. If you're not keen on medication yet, we could start with counselling through Beyond Blue instead.
I'd like to set up a mental health care plan and refer you to a psychologist at the clinic next door. Does that sound okay?
I'll also arrange some blood tests to rule out physical causes, like thyroid problems, before we finalise the treatment plan.
Take this referral to reception, and if you feel worse before our next appointment, please go to the emergency department.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Macedonian dialogues · All languages
