Thank you for coming in today. I've reviewed your physiotherapy invoice from HCF, and unfortunately no benefit is payable under your current policy this calendar year.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- extras coverСе преведува описно како 'дополнително осигурување за екстра услуги' - нема еднозборен точен еквивалент, па се објаснува функцијата.
- waiting periodСе преведува како 'период на чекање' - обичен описен превод, соодветен во овој случај.
