Theft Insurance Claim

Good afternoon, Mr Petrovski. I'm calling from NRMA Insurance regarding the theft claim you lodged on Thursday evening. Could you please describe exactly what happened at your home?

Your policy covers contents theft up to fifteen thousand dollars, but items without proof of ownership may only be assessed at a lower value.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
