Thanks so much for bringing Aisyah in so quickly tonight. Can you tell me exactly what happened before her breathing suddenly became difficult at home?
Dia bermain di luar rumah petang tadi, kemudian tiba-tiba batuk teruk dan nafasnya jadi cepat serta ketat. Bibirnya pun nampak agak kebiruan.
Does she have any known triggers, like dust, cold air, or pollen, and has she ever had an attack this severe before?
Dia memang ada alahan kepada habuk dan udara sejuk yang selalu buat asmanya kambuh. Tapi ini kali pertama serangannya seteruk ini, biasanya dia cuma batuk sikit sahaja.
Is she currently using a blue reliever puffer regularly at home, and if so, how many puffs did you give her tonight?
Ya, dia guna puffer biru tu di rumah. Malam tadi saya dah bagi dia empat kali sedutan tapi nafasnya masih tak berkurangan.
We'll give her a nebuliser treatment straight away and monitor her oxygen levels closely for the next thirty minutes before deciding on admission.

If her oxygen level stays above ninety-five percent and she isn't wheezing anymore, we can safely discharge her with a written asthma plan.
