Thanks for making time to come in today, Mr Ramli. Since our appointment last Thursday, how have you been coping with everything that's happened?
Sejak minggu lepas, saya sukar tidur dan asyik terfikir tentang kehilangan kerja saya. Rasa cemas ni tak reda-reda, doktor.
I understand you haven't been sleeping properly since losing your job. Have you noticed any changes in your appetite, concentration, or mood recently?
Selera makan saya pun berkurang, dan saya susah nak fokus semasa kerja rumah tangga. Kadang-kadang saya rasa sangat sedih tanpa sebab.
I'd like to refer you to a psychologist under a Mental Health Care Plan. This allows up to ten subsidised counselling sessions within each calendar year.
