Tell me more about this headache—when did it start, how often does it happen, and how severe is the pain on a scale of one to ten?
Sakit kepala ini mula tiga minggu lepas, dan ia berlaku hampir setiap hari, terutamanya pada waktu pagi. Kalau nak ukur, mungkin tujuh daripada sepuluh.
Have you noticed any blurred vision, nausea, sensitivity to light, or weakness in your arms or legs?

I'd like to refer you for an MRI scan at Liverpool Hospital, just to check there's no underlying cause for these headaches.
