Thanks for coming in today, Encik Yusof. Can you tell me what's been happening with your sleep, appetite, and mood over the last few weeks?
Saya tak dapat tidur nyenyak, Puan. Saya rasa cuma dapat tidur empat jam sahaja setiap malam, dan fikiran saya asyik risau pasal kerja.
I understand that must be exhausting. Are you currently taking any medication for anxiety or sleep, or have you tried anything else at home?
Saya tak makan sebarang ubat sekarang, tapi kadang-kadang saya minum teh chamomile untuk bantu saya tidur.
That's helpful to know, thank you for being open. I'd like to refer you to headspace Rockingham, but first you'll need a mental health plan from your GP.

Your GP can usually organise that plan within a few days. I can also book your first headspace appointment for next Thursday at ten in the morning.
