Can you tell me when the sneezing, itchy eyes and blocked nose started, and how many days each week you notice these symptoms?

Have you checked the Bureau of Meteorology's pollen forecast for today, and are you currently using any medication for these symptoms?

I'd suggest a daily nasal spray called fluticasone, alongside your antihistamine tablet, but don't double up on both types on the same morning.
