Good afternoon, Mrs. Kulkarni. You're now 32 weeks along—how have you been feeling since your last visit, especially with any swelling, headaches, or fatigue?
Have you been checking your blood pressure at home with the machine we gave you, and has it stayed below 140 over 90 each time?
We'll book your glucose tolerance test for next Thursday morning at Blacktown Hospital; please don't eat anything after midnight beforehand, only water.
Water is fine, but no food or juice—the test takes around two hours, so please bring something to read while you wait quietly.
If you notice the baby moving less than usual today or tomorrow, don't wait—come straight to the birthing unit for an urgent check.
Your next antenatal appointment is in four weeks, on Thursday the 14th at half past nine in the morning at the clinic.
