Mr Nayak, I have to let you know that your role at the Dandenong warehouse has been made redundant, effective from today, due to restructuring.
ହଠାତ୍ ଏମିତି କାହିଁକି ସାର୍? ମୁଁ ତ ଗତ ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଏଠାରେ କାମ କରୁଛି। ମୋ ଚାକିରି ହଠାତ୍ ଚାଲିଯିବ ବୋଲି ମୁଁ କେବେ ଭାବି ନଥିଲି।
You will receive three weeks of notice pay, but you will not be required to work through that period, and your leave will be paid out too.
