Thanks for coming in today, Mr Rostami. Before we start, can you tell me exactly what happened to your car outside the shopping centre last night?
سلام آقای افسر. من ماشینم را جلوی وستفیلد هرستویل پارک کرده بودم و وقتی برگشتم دیدم سپر عقب کاملاً خرد شده و رانندهی دیگر رفته بود، حتی یک یادداشت هم نگذاشته بود.
Can you tell me what time this happened, roughly, and were you sitting inside the vehicle when the other car struck it?
فکر میکنم حدود ساعت هفت و چهل و پنج دقیقه بعدازظهر بود. من داخل ماشین نبودم؛ رفته بودم داخل فروشگاه خرید کنم، وقتی برگشتم این صحنه را دیدم.
Can you describe the other vehicle for me? Its colour, the make if you noticed, and did you catch any part of the number plate?
ماشین طرف مقابل یک شاسیبلند سفید بود، فکر کنم تویوتا بود. فقط سه حرف اول پلاک را دیدم، بقیهاش را ندیدم چون خیلی سریع رفت.
Did anyone else witness the collision, or is there any CCTV footage from the shops nearby that might have captured it?

You're not required to pay anything for the report. Just give the event number to your insurance company when you lodge the claim.
