Thanks for calling about your workplace injury claim, Mr. Hosseini. Can you tell me when this happened, and what you were doing at the warehouse in Wetherill Park?
این اتفاق حدود ده روز پیش افتاد، وقتی داشتم جعبههایی حدود بیست کیلوگرمی رو جابهجا میکردم. کمرم به شدت درد گرفت و دیگه نتونستم کار کنم.
Have you seen a doctor yet, and do you have a medical certificate confirming you're unfit for work?
دکتر رفتم ولی نوبت بعدیش دو هفته دیگهست. اگه نتونم زودتر گواهی پزشکی بگیرم چی میشه؟
There's no fixed deadline for the certificate. We can lodge your claim now, and icare NSW will simply wait for the doctor's report before finalising it.

I can't give you an exact date - processing time depends on your case's complexity. Your claims officer will call you regularly with updates.

If your claim is accepted and your doctor certifies you're unfit for work, you can receive weekly payments while you recover.
