Storm Damage Claim: Scheduling the Assessor's Inspection
Insurance Claims Officer (speaking English) and Client (speaking Polish) talk through “Storm Damage Claim: Scheduling the Assessor's Inspection”. You interpret both ways — English into Polish, and Polish into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Your file shows a storm damage claim was lodged last Thursday for the roof at your Ballarat property — is that correct?
Tak, to prawda. W czwartek wieczorem podczas burzy drzewo spadło na dach i uszkodziło kilka dachówek. Woda zaczęła kapać do sypialni.
Can you tell me approximately how many tiles were damaged, and whether water entered any other rooms besides the bedroom?
An assessor from RACV will need to inspect the roof; I've scheduled that for Monday the ninth at ten a.m., if that suits you.
You don't have to be home yourself — you can leave a key with a neighbour, as long as you notify us beforehand and someone can let the assessor in.
Dobrze, sąsiadka będzie w domu i wpuści rzeczoznawcę.
Yes, please gather any receipts or photos of damaged items; you can upload them through the RACV app once the assessor's report is finalised.
Your policy has a six-hundred-dollar excess, and once the assessor's report is in, you'll receive a decision within ten business days.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- excessPowiedzieć 'udział własny' albo 'kwota własna w szkodzie'.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Polish dialogues · All languages
