Thanks for calling the Fair Trading enquiry line here in Sydney. Can you tell me exactly what happened when you ordered the blender online last month?
Could you give me the order number, the date you paid, and how much the blender actually cost you?
Have you already contacted the seller directly about this, and if so, what response, if any, did you receive?
Give the seller a reasonable chance to reply in writing first, explaining the problem clearly. If they still refuse or simply ignore you, you can lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
You'll submit an online complaint form through the Fair Trading website with your evidence, like emails and the receipt. Mediation can often help, but a refund isn't guaranteed in every case.
Keep every email, message, and screenshot as proof of what happened. If mediation doesn't resolve it, you can also dispute the charge directly with your bank.

Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Thai dialogues · All languages
