Thanks for coming in today, Nichakan. I'm Dr. Wilson, a clinical psychologist. Can you tell me a bit about your eating patterns over the last month?

I'd like to refer you to a specialist eating disorder program, and you can also call the Butterfly Foundation helpline anytime for support.

The helpline itself is free, but the specialist program has a waitlist of about three weeks before your first assessment session starts.

You won't need to attend in person every time; we can offer evening telehealth sessions if that suits your part-time work schedule better.
