Medicare
Giữ nguyên từ tiếng Anh 'Medicare' vì đây là tên riêng của hệ thống, không dịch thành 'bảo hiểm y tế' chung.
Nhiều người dịch thành 'bảo hiểm y tế' hoặc 'bảo hiểm sức khỏe' như một khái niệm chung, làm mất đi việc đây là một chương trình cụ thể của chính phủ Úc, khác với bảo hiểm tư nhân.
Bond
Dịch là "tiền đặt cọc thuê nhà" hoặc giữ nguyên "bond" kèm giải thích ngắn.
Dịch thành "tiền bảo lãnh" hoặc "tiền phạt" là sai vì bond không phải là hình phạt, mà là tiền đảm bảo được hoàn trả.
Lease agreement
