HIV Diagnosis Counselling
Sexual Health Nurse (speaking English) and 病人 (speaking Bosnian) talk through “HIV Diagnosis Counselling”. You interpret both ways — English into Bosnian, and Bosnian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thanks for waiting, Mr. Hodžić. I have your blood test results back today, and I'd like to go through them carefully with you now.
Šta pokazuju rezultati, sestro? Da li je sve u redu, ili ima nešto loše?
Your result shows you're HIV positive. I understand this is frightening, but with proper treatment, it's a manageable condition, not a death sentence anymore.
Molim vas, ponovite to još jednom... Da li ste sigurni? Ne mogu ovo da vjerujem, samo tako, iznenada.
If you take antiretroviral medication every day as prescribed, your viral load can become undetectable, meaning you can't transmit the virus to anyone else.
A mogu li normalno raditi i živjeti dugo sa ovom bolešću? Ili će mi zdravlje brzo propasti?
I'll refer you to a specialist at the Gold Coast Sexual Health Clinic for further tests, including your CD4 count and viral load.
Da li moja porodica mora saznati za ovo? Bojim se da će me osuđivati, posebno moja majka.
Your diagnosis remains confidential. You don't need to tell your employer, though you should inform any current sexual partners as soon as possible.
Moram li onda reći svom partneru? I koliko će koštati ovi lijekovi svaki mjesec?
Your medication is subsidised through the PBS, so cost won't be a barrier. Let's book your follow-up appointment for Thursday, in two weeks.
Hvala vam, sestro. Doći ću u četvrtak na taj pregled, i reći ću partneru čim mogu.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- pbsOstaviti kao 'PBS' uz kratko objašnjenje 'državna shema subvencionisanja lijekova', jer nema direktnog ekvivalenta u bosanskom sistemu.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Bosnian dialogues · All languages
