Let's start with your back — when did the pain first begin, and what were you doing when it started?
Bol je počela prije pet dana, kada sam dizao kutije na poslu. Osjetio sam oštar bol u donjem dijelu leđa, odmah nakon podizanja.
Does the pain travel down either leg, or feel numb or tingly anywhere? Have you injured your back before, even a mild strain?
Ne, nema trnaca niti se bol širi u nogu. Prije dvije godine sam imao blagu istegnutost leđa, ali je prošla nakon odmora.
This looks like a muscle strain, not a disc problem. Try gentle stretching, avoid heavy lifting for now, and we'll review your progress in one week.
