Thanks for coming in today, Ana. Can you tell me honestly how your mood, appetite and sleep have been since our last session two weeks ago?

Your GP mentioned you haven't started the Mental Health Treatment Plan sessions yet, even though the referral was sent last month. Would you like to begin now?
