Thanks for calling NSW Fair Trading. Can you tell me what happened with your online order?
Καλησπέρα. Αγόρασα ένα μπλέντερ από ένα online κατάστημα και ήρθε σπασμένο. Ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων πριν τρεις εβδομάδες, αλλά δεν έχω πάρει καμία απάντηση.
Which retailer did you buy from, when did you place the order, and do you still have the receipt or confirmation email?

Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods sold online must be of acceptable quality. If the fault is significant, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
Και τι πρέπει να κάνω τώρα; Μπορώ απλά να ζητήσω τα χρήματά μου πίσω;
First, send the retailer a written request for a refund, keep a copy, and allow them a reasonable time to respond before you escalate this.

There's no fixed number of days set by law — it depends on the situation. But if they don't reply within a reasonable time, you can lodge a complaint with us.

You can lodge it through the Fair Trading website. Attach your receipt, photos of the fault, and copies of any emails you sent the seller.
