Mr Tanaka, your angiogram from Prince of Wales Hospital shows one artery narrowed by about seventy percent, which explains the chest tightness you've been feeling.

Not necessarily surgery yet. We'll start you on a medication called isosorbide mononitrate, plus low-dose aspirin daily, and monitor how your symptoms respond over the next month.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- triple zero「トリプル・ゼロ、000番」のように数字を明示して伝える。番号ordinal(000)は西洋数字のまま述べる。
- medical certificate「診断書」と訳す。文脈により『病気休暇のための診断書』と補足してもよい。
