That may count as unfair dismissal. You can apply to the Fair Work Commission, but the application must be lodged within 21 days of your dismissal.

If you don't lodge within 21 days, you generally lose the right to claim, unless the Commission accepts exceptional circumstances for a late application.

Yes, those entitlements are separate from the unfair dismissal claim. Your employer must pay them regardless of how the termination happened.
