Clogged Ear After Swimming
GP (speaking English) and Patient (speaking Macedonian) talk through “Clogged Ear After Swimming”. You interpret both ways — English into Macedonian, and Macedonian into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Full transcript
What's been troubling your ear over the past few days, and did the blockage start suddenly or gradually?
Any pain, ringing, or noticeable trouble hearing since it started, particularly after swimming, showering, or using cotton buds at home?
Looking inside your ear canal, I can see quite a build-up of wax; let's soften it first with some olive oil drops before checking it again next week.
Use three drops in the affected ear, twice a day, for five days, then let it drain out naturally without inserting any cotton buds.
If it's not clearing by next Thursday, please come back and we'll refer you to an ENT specialist at Liverpool Hospital for further assessment.
You mustn't go swimming or diving at all, especially not at Cronulla Beach, until your ear feels completely clear and your hearing returns to normal.
