Mr Petkovski, I've just taken your blood pressure and it's reading one hundred fifty over ninety-five today, a bit higher than at your last visit three weeks ago.
Have you been taking your blood pressure tablets every day, or have you missed any doses this week, even by accident?
That explains the higher reading today. Are you also watching your salt intake, especially with takeaway meals or processed foods from the supermarket?
I'll give you a Monash Health brochure on reducing salt, and we can also set up a reminder app on your phone for the tablets.
If the dizziness continues after taking the tablet, stop it straightaway, don't drive, and call the clinic immediately for advice.
Let's book you in for six weeks from now, on Thursday the fourteenth of May, to recheck your blood pressure properly.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Macedonian dialogues · All languages
