Mr. Petrovski, your CT scan from Royal Melbourne Hospital shows a mild concussion, with no bleeding or swelling in the brain, which is reassuring news.

That's common after a concussion. You'll need bed rest for at least forty-eight hours and avoid strenuous activity for the rest of this week.

Avoid screens for the first two days if they worsen your headache. After that, short breaks are fine, but stop immediately if symptoms return or worsen.
