You generally have 21 days from your dismissal date to lodge an unfair dismissal application with the Fair Work Commission. When exactly were you dismissed?

There's a small filing fee, but if you can't afford it, you can apply for the fee to be waived. Lodging is done online through the Commission's eServices portal.
