Hi, I'm an organiser from the SDA union. I heard you started at the Coles distribution centre last month — how are the night shifts treating you?
سلام، اوس یوه میاشت کیږي چې دلته کار کوم. د شپې شفتونه خورا ستړی کوونکي دي، او پرون زما یو همکار د فورک لیفټ پیښې سره مخ شو.
We negotiate pay and safety conditions with management, and support members if there's a dispute. Joining isn't compulsory, but it does give you extra protection.
که مې غړیتوب واخلم، ایا څه پیسې ورکوم؟ زما معاش لا هم ډېر نه دی.
The membership fee is optional and comes out fortnightly from your pay, but there's no charge if you're not currently employed.

Colleagues are welcome too. You don't need to be full-time — anyone working at least eight hours a week can join.

Yes, we can raise the forklift incident with management, and if it's not resolved, we can involve WorkSafe Victoria for a safety review.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
