Thank you for calling NRMA Insurance. Can you tell me what happened at your home in Newcastle, and when you noticed the break-in?
Bom dia. Cheguei em casa ontem à noite e vi a janela da cozinha quebrada. Levaram meu laptop, uma televisão e algumas joias.
I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have the police event number, and can you tell me the brand and model of the laptop?
Sim, tenho o número da ocorrência da polícia aqui comigo. O laptop era um Dell, mas infelizmente não guardei o recibo da compra.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
