Mr Singh, on the evening of 12 March at this restaurant, did you clearly tell the waiter about your peanut allergy before you ordered the curry?
ਜੀ, ਮੈਂ ਵੇਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਵਾਰੀ ਸਾਫ਼ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੂੰਗਫਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਐਲਰਜੀ ਹੈ, ਆਰਡਰ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ।
You told the court you felt your throat tighten within about 10 minutes of eating the dish. Is that timing accurate, or could it actually have been longer?

Isn't it true that you had eaten a very similar dish at this same restaurant about three months earlier without suffering any allergic reaction at all?

So do you now accept that this particular reaction may not have been triggered solely by peanuts in the dish that evening?
