Good morning, I'm Sarah Mitchell, the duty lawyer from Legal Aid NSW. I understand you were arrested at the department store yesterday for shoplifting. Can you tell me what happened?

This will go to the Local Court next month. Because you have no prior convictions, you may be eligible for a diversion program instead of a criminal charge.
