Thanks for coming in today, Ms Sokolova. Can you tell me exactly what happened at your workplace in Wollongong recently?

That comment could be discriminatory. Anti-Discrimination NSW will write to your employer and ask for a response — there's no fixed number of days, but they're expected to reply promptly.

If they don't respond at all or simply refuse to engage, we can move the matter to a conciliation conference instead, where both sides discuss a resolution together.
