Thanks for coming in, Somchai. Before we start, can you tell me exactly what your manager said when he ended your employment?

Under the Fair Work Commission rules, you must lodge an unfair dismissal application within 21 days of your dismissal. When exactly were you let go?

You still have 12 days left, so you haven't missed the deadline. You'll need to apply through the Fair Work Commission website. Do you have a copy of your termination letter?

A missing date won't invalidate your claim, but bring your payslips to prove your employment dates. Do you have those available?
