Thanks for coming in today, Mrs Aydın. How far along are you now, and how have you been feeling since your last visit?

That's good to hear. At twenty-six weeks, we'll schedule a glucose tolerance test to check for gestational diabetes, which is quite common.

Don't worry, the test is safe for both you and the baby. You'll need to fast for eight hours beforehand, and we'll only act further if results come back abnormal.
