Tell me, right from the start, exactly what's been happening with your right ear over these past few days, please.
Hemşire hanım, sağ kulağım üç gündür adeta tıkalı gibi, neredeyse hiç duyamıyorum, çok rahatsız oluyorum.
Have you noticed any pain, fluid discharge, ringing, or dizziness along with that blocked, muffled feeling in your ear?
Ağrı yok hemşire hanım, ama hafif bir uğultu var, sanki kulağıma su kaçmış gibi bir his var.
Do you swim regularly, use earbuds or headphones often, or have you been cleaning your ears with cotton buds quite frequently lately?

This sounds like a build-up of earwax pressing against your eardrum. If the drops don't clear it within about a week, we'll refer you for microsuction at the clinic.

You can drive safely in the meantime, but please make sure you avoid submerging your ear in water until the blockage has completely cleared up.
