Your ECG and symptoms suggest angina, meaning the heart muscle isn't getting enough oxygen-rich blood, usually from narrowed arteries, which we can manage well.

Angina is chest pain from reduced blood flow; a heart attack means blocked flow damaging tissue permanently. The stress test safely monitors your heart while you walk on a treadmill.
