Thanks for getting Lukas here so fast this afternoon. Can you walk me through exactly how he hit his head at the skate park?
Er ist mit dem Skateboard gestürzt und mit dem Kopf auf den Beton geschlagen. Zuerst hat er kurz still gelegen, dann hat er geweint.
Did he lose consciousness at all, and if so, for roughly how long? Has he vomited or complained of a headache since the fall?
Er war, glaube ich, ungefähr zehn Sekunden lang bewusstlos. Erbrochen hat er bisher nicht, aber er hat leichte Kopfschmerzen.
I'll check his pupils, memory and balance now, and we'll keep monitoring him for drowsiness or slurred speech over the next hour or so.

The doctor will examine him first. If there are no worrying signs on that assessment, a CT scan won't be necessary today.
