Since our last appointment three weeks ago, how has your mood been overall, and has anything changed with your sleep or appetite lately?
Es ist eigentlich schlimmer geworden, seit ich das letzte Mal hier war. Ich schlafe schlecht, wache ständig auf, und ich habe kaum noch Appetit.
Are you having any thoughts of harming yourself, or feeling hopeless, and how many hours of sleep are you managing most nights now?

I'd like to organise a Mental Health Care Plan today, so you can start seeing a psychologist, with an initial six sessions covered under Medicare.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
