Thanks for coming in today, Mr. Hoffmann. Can you tell me where exactly the pain started, how severe it is, and how long it's been bothering you?
Der Schmerz hat vor drei Tagen im rechten Unterkiefer angefangen und strahlt jetzt bis ins Ohr aus. Nachts kann ich kaum schlafen.
After examining the X-ray, I can see the nerve is infected and the decay has reached the root. You'll need root canal treatment, so I'll refer you to an endodontist at Chatswood.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
