Mr. Hoffmann, your GP referred you to our weight management clinic here at Bendigo Health. How have you been feeling lately, particularly with your energy levels?
Ehrlich gesagt, ich bin ständig müde, meine Knie schmerzen beim Treppensteigen, und ich habe es einfach nicht geschafft, Gewicht zu verlieren, egal was ich versuche.
Can you tell me your current weight and height, and roughly your BMI? Also, have you been diagnosed with diabetes or any other conditions?
Ich wiege etwa hundertzwölf Kilogramm bei einer Größe von einem Meter achtzig. Diabetes habe ich nicht, aber mein Blutdruck ist seit Jahren zu hoch.
We can start a twelve-week supervised program combining dietary changes and gentle exercise, tailored around your blood pressure and joint concerns.
