Let's go through your situation before we start the divorce application. Can you first tell me when you and your husband separated?

In Australia, you must be separated for at least twelve months before applying for a divorce, even if you still live in the same house.

The divorce order won't decide parenting or property matters; those need separate agreements or applications, even if you already have informal arrangements now.
