Full transcript
Hello, I'm Sarah, one of the midwives here at Liverpool Hospital. How many weeks pregnant are you today, and have you had any concerns since your last visit?
That's good to hear you're not in pain. Have you noticed any blurred vision, sudden swelling in your hands or face, or reduced fetal movements recently?
That's reassuring. Your blood test shows mild anemia, so I'll prescribe an iron supplement. Please take it daily and book a review in two weeks.
Not at all — you can take it after a meal or before bed if morning nausea is an issue. Let's also discuss your birth plan for Liverpool Hospital.
Understood, we'll note your preference in your file. If any complications arise, the obstetrician will discuss options with you beforehand. Any questions about today's appointment?
If the pain is severe or sudden, come straight to the emergency department. Otherwise, call the maternity ward first for advice before travelling in.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Romanian dialogues · All languages
