Mr. Sokolov, can you describe the chest discomfort you've been having, and when it usually starts?

This sounds like angina — chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart. I'll prescribe a GTN spray to use under your tongue during episodes.

You can use it up to three times, five minutes apart, if the pain continues. If it doesn't ease after three doses, call triple zero immediately.

Some people feel dizzy or get a headache after using it. Sit down before spraying, and don't drive until you know how it affects you.

You can stay active, but avoid sudden strenuous exercise. I'm referring you to a cardiologist at Liverpool Hospital for further tests next Thursday.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
