Thanks for coming in today, Ms. Kuznetsova. I'd like to talk about how you've been managing since your husband's passing last month.

You mentioned trouble sleeping. How many nights a week would you say you're waking up feeling anxious or unable to settle?

That's understandable. Rather than medication straight away, I'd suggest we try some grounding techniques first, and I can give you Lifeline's number for those harder nights.
